INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large CROC EGGS™ plums (stone removed and cut into ¼’s – place in a plastic bag and freeze for 2 hours minimum)
  • 4 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 600 ml almond milk (2⅔ cups) (or preferred milk)
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

METHOD

  • Place the frozen CROC EGGS™ plums into a vitamizer, along with the other ingredients and blend until all combined and creamy.
  • Pour equally into 4 chilled glasses and serve immediately.
