INGREDIENTS
750 ml red wine (1 bottle)
500 ml ginger ale (2 cups)
1 kg plums sliced
40 g ginger peeled and sliced
1 handful fresh mint leaves
orange, lime, or fruit of your choice to garnish
ice
METHOD
Combine ingredients in a large jug and top with plenty of ice just before serving. So easy, so refreshing!
