  • 500 ml ginger ale (2 cups)
  • 1 kg plums sliced
  • 40 g ginger peeled and sliced
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • orange, lime, or fruit of your choice to garnish
  • ice

METHOD

  • Combine ingredients in a large jug and top with plenty of ice just before serving. So easy, so refreshing!
