INGREDIENTS

3 apples, washed and peeled
1 cinnamon stick
2 teaspoons sugar

METHOD

Toss the peels in a small pot of boiling water.
Add the cinnamon stick and sugar.
Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Strain out the peels and enjoy!
