INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 Smitten Apples thinly sliced
  • 1 loaf white sourdough bread
  • 300 g ricotta
  • 4 tbsp pepitas
  • 2-3 tbsp honey to serve

METHOD

  • Assemble toast on a plate, spreading a layer of the ricotta over. Add slices of apple, sprinkle with peptitas and dizzle with honey to serve
