Mini Chocolate JAZZ™ Apple Muffins

INGREDIENTS

Dry
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
1 tsp baking soda
Wet
1 cup plain yogurt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup whole milk
½ cup vegetable oil
Stir in
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 cup diced JAZZ™ apple

METHOD

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Whisk together all dry ingredients
Whisk together all wet ingredients
Fold in wet ingredients into dry ingredients until well incorporated
Stir in chocolate chips and diced apples
Spray mini muffin tin with non-stick spray (if not a non-stick pan) or line with liners
Fill muffin tin ¾ of the way and bake for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out smooth (if doing regular sized muffins, bake 16-20 minutes)
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before removing from the pan
