INGREDIENTS

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup roasted peanuts
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 large JAZZ™ apple diced (skin on)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup raisins

METHOD

Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius
In a small sauce pot, combine melted coconut oil, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Warm and whisk together until well combined
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for oats and raisins, stir to combine
Fold in the oats and continue to stir until well coated
Spread mixture evenly onto 2 baking pans lined with parchment paper.
Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes or until dark golden brown, stirring every 20 minutes
Let cool completely then toss with raisins
Store in an airtight container or sandwich bag. Freeze if would like to save the mixture for longer
