Entry Restrictions: The competition is open to anyone. The winner will be notified via email to redeem their prize.

Employees of Montague Farms, the Prize Supplier(s) and associated companies and their immediate families are ineligible.

Competition Period:                   Commences: 10:00AM AEDT on 26/03/2025.

Closes: 11:59PM AEDT on 30/03/2025.

Maximum Number of Entries: 1.

How to enter:

During the Competition Period, entrants must subscribe to the Montague Farms email subscription.

Entrants must agree to sign up to Montague Farms’s e-mailing list.

Entrants must register their details, including (but not limited to) name, email address, address and phone number.

Prize:

One Prize winner will receive a voucher for lunch for four people at Stella’s Kitchen at The Orchard at Montague (to the value of up to $300) and a lunch at Stella’s Kitchen & Pick Your Own Tour for four.

The Prize value is $355.

Prize Supplier: Montague Farms

Winner Selection: A Montague Farms employee will select 2x winners at random and the Winner will be selected on 02/04/25 at 10:00AM AEDT at 14 Horswood Rd Narre Warren North 3804 VIC, Australia. The Prize Winner will be notified by email.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. The Promoter may vary these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion, subject to approval of the relevant state authorities.
2. Eligibility to enter the Competition is subject to the Entry Restrictions above.
3. To enter the Competition, entrants must complete the process outlined in the Entry Details during the Competition Period. Any entry received outside of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid.
4. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of entry validity, in order to claim a Prize. Acceptance of proof of eligibility is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that an entrant cannot provide proof, their entry will be deemed invalid.
6. All valid entries are automatically entered into the Winner Selection process, which will take place at the times and dates specified.
7. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winners will be notified via email.
9. The Prize is as described and not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs associated with use of the Prize.
10. The Prize is valid for 12 months from issue date. Note that the Pick Your Own Tours are operational subject to fruit availability, typically from December to April.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred to enter the Competition or in connection with taking up the Prizes.
12. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Prize Supplier’s requirements.
13. All details of the entrants will be used and preserved in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Montague farms Privacy Policy which can be found on the Montague Farms website- montaguefarms.com.au
14. Entrants agree to sign up to Montague Farm’s mailing list and receive promotional material from Montague Farms.
